Yale Narrow Reach Forklifts
Yale makes a terrific range of Narrow Aisle forklifts which could help to maximize a companies storage density. Ideally suited for pallet handling and case picking, these very narrow aisle trucks can operated in spaces of 16 feet to 55 feet. Yale features the NTA for high density warehousing that requires maximum throughput. These types of trucks are often used to enhance overall production and maximize efficiency. They work well for locations which have floor to ceiling storage in warehousing and retail spaces.
NTA Production Enhancements
AC Motor Technology: The AC motor offers a lot of great features such as responsive directional changes, has high starting torque and smooth rapid acceleration.
CANbus Controller: The CANbus technology can reduce the electrical connections by 25 percent and wiring by 40 percent. This results in better visibility through the mast and improved reliability.
Auto Deceleration System: The Auto Deceleration System reduces operator exhaustion, helps to improve efficiency and eliminates the requirement to manually apply the service brake.
Thermal Management System: This system is responsible for allowing the lift truck to run a lot cooler and longer by being able to always monitor component temperature and adjust truck performance accordingly.
Smart-Glide Height Sensing System: The Smart-Glide Height Sensing System offers step-less speed control technology. This is done by optimizing maximum travel speed at a variety of fork heights. This results in better acceleration, faster travel speeds and therefore, increased overall productivity.
Tri & Quad Form Mast: Both the Quad and Tri mast provide great stability while also minimizing deflection.
One Hundred Eighty Degree Rotating Turret Head: This rotating turret head allows the operator to easily service both sides of the aisle. This set-up maximizes storage density.
Electronically Programmable Pantograph: This system will eliminate the "double-biting" situations that occur at pick up and deposit stations. The variable stroke length is responsible for stopping this time-consuming process.
It is essential to keep in mind that each and every warehouse is different and there is no "typical" one-size fits all solution. Yale has engineered a variety of truck changes to meet the continually changing requirements of its clients as well as their changing jobs. Yale offers a large list of specific lift truck enhancements to increase the warehouse output. All these features are offered in addition to optional and standard truck features.
Yale offer certain features that are considered "extra's" by other makers. Keeping operators entirely comfortable and safe are several of the company's main concerns. Yale understands that if operators are comfortable and safe, their production levels are really improved.
